Don't hesitate to have a cochlear implant when you need it!

A new research has published in Journal of Neurophysiology (93:33339-3355), claiming that degradation of temporal resolution in the auditory midbrain after prolonged deafness is reversed by electrical stimulation of the cochlear.

 

Most clinician are conservertive to suggest to use CI for adult when he has been deaf for a long time. It is time now to try boldly for those patients.
